Hudson Hawk 1991 R, 95 min. Genre: Action / Comedy
Director: Michael Lehmann Cast: Bruce Willis, Danny Aiello, Andie MacDowell, James Coburn, Richard E. Grant, Sandra Bernhard, Donald Burton, Don Harvey, David Caruso, Lorraine Toussaint
In an effort to take over the world, the Mayflowers–Darwin (Richard E. Grant) and Minerva (Sandra Bernhard)–blackmail Hudson Hawk (Bruce Willis) into stealing three Leonardo da Vinci works of art. Not Willis' best effort, but the film does contain some good action scenes amidst off-the-wall comedy. 1 User Review

| | Anonymous 06/05/2010 | I love the mix of old style caper and comedy and I think Danny and Bruce were great together. And the other people added just the right amount of gooofery( ok so that's probably not a word).
I know it didn't get very good reviews when it came out, I think that was because of some jealous backlash at Bruce with his new stardom and the stuff going on on Moonlighting at the time. And because he was with Demi Moore, and who knows?
Blind Date is a good movie too that people were mean about as well. Who knows why? |
