A killer is on the loose at Coney Island, and Assistant District Attorney Dan (Martin Barlorski) is assigned to stop the vicious murders of women–all of whom are found missing vital organs. Dan invites his fiancee Laura (Judith Resnick) to join him and enjoy the park while he is investigating. They visit Laura's friend Tom (Earle Edgerton) who runs a dart game at the park with hunchback Gimpy (Burt Young). But, bringing Laura along turns out to be a bad idea, and now Dan must find the killer before he and Laura are added to the list of victims.
