Caulfield and fellow policeman Dominick Benti (M. Emmet Walsh) arrive at the cabin where Carol has been hiding. Unfortunately, hit men have tracked them to the cabin, and they kill Benti. Caulfield and Carol escape by boarding a train in the run for their lives with hit man Nelson (James Sikking) in pursuit.
