The Naked Gun 2 1/2: The Smell of Fear   1991         PG-13, 92 min. Drebin investigates when energy czar Dr. Albert S. Meinheimer (Richard Griffiths) is kidnapped by the energy industries—with help from villain Quentin Hapsburg (Robert Goulet)—so that they can substitute a conspirator in his place who will then enact an energy policy more favorable to those who supply the energy.
