He comes up with a publicity ploy: spring the evil Cassanova Frankenstein (Geoffrey Rush) from prison so he will have someone to capture. But that proves to be a bad move when the tables are turned, and Captain Amazing is held hostage. Enter a band of wannabe superheroes intent on saving the day.
