I was stationed there when this was being filmed. In the movie there is a tour of the different levels, the actor says "the ground level is our weapons ready area", and this is inside a hanger at Edwards AFB. You can see an F-111 painted black with a guy working on a stand at the right wing leading edge, and actress Persis Kambatta says "That`s Russian, It`s their very latest top secret." You can see Edwards AFB A-7 aircraft in the background of this scene, but the ED on the tails is covered up. Anonymous 09/02/2007    I` ve searched all over for a the title of this classic from my youth. Now I will own it!!!
