Krippendorf`s Tribe   1998         PG-13, 93 min. Genre: Comedy Director: Todd Holland   Cast: Richard Dreyfuss, Jenna Elfman, Natasha Lyonne, Gregory Smith, Carl Michael Lindner, Stephen Root, Elaine Stritch, Tom Poston, David Ogden Stiers, Lily Tomlin   A college professor, James Krippendorf (Richard Dreyfuss), receives a grant to locate a lost New Guinea tribe. He fails in his quest but decides to fake a successful sabbatical by filming the "tribe" using his own children (Natasha Lyonne and Gregory Smith) dressed up to look like the New Guinea tribe. This film is fun and provides OK family entertainment.
