The Kid from Left Field   1953         N/R, 80 min. Christy gets a job as batboy and starts giving game-winning tips to team member Pete Haines (Lloyd Bridges). Of course, Christy is getting his hints from his dad, but, as a publicity stunt, he is named manager of the team. All goes well until Christy gets sick, but his dad comes to the rescue.
