But—there is a cult group out there headed by Payne (Mario Van Peebles) who does not want man interfering with "God's will" and is out to stop the scientist by capturing him. Now it's up to a convicted murderer (Ice-T) and an FBI agent (Suzy Amis) to recover the scientist. Watchable.
