Farley   Frank McKlusky (Dave Sheridan), an insurance claims investigator, is so safety conscious that he even wears a helmet. He is forced to leave the safe haven of his parents' home to go undercover, and we find another Inspector Clouseau is born. Lame and goofy, but not that funny.
