While busy leading them to many landmarks, Charlie still has time to fall in love with one of his tourists, Samantha (Suzanne Pleshette). But, the romance ends as quickly as it started when Samantha decides that Charlie is too immature for her taste. Meanwhile, others in the tour group have theirown emotional ups and downs as they GO, GO, GO.
