His mother was murdered by Count Mecha (voice of Paul Dobson) whose body has been replaced by mechanical parts. A mysterious woman, Maetel (voice of Kathleen Barr), joins Tetsuro on his search for eternal life, and, along the way, they experience many fantastic adventures.
