Fong's son Fong Sai-Yuk (Jet Li) is a martial arts expert who wins the beautiful Ting Ting (Michelle Ries) in a contest. During the prenuptial dinner, the governor makes a surprise appearance and recognizes he is in a room filled with his enemies. Fighting ensues, and Father Fong is arrested. Now it is up to Sai-Yuk to save his father.
