O'Connor, Tom Mason, Dominic Zamprogna, Tony De Santis, Philip Akin   Special effects expert Rollie Tyler (Byran Brown) agrees (again) to help the police catch a killer. But he finds that there is a big conspiracy afoot, and he and his police buddy (Brian Dennehy) from the original film are on the run again. Lots of special effects, but the story is weak as it tries to exploit the popularity of James Bond.
