Wylie (Michael Sarrazin) has an unnatural dislike for cats, but Kassia (Gayle Hunnicutt) talks him into visiting his wealthy Aunt Danny (Eleanor Parker)—and her many cats—in order to get his hands on her fortune. One never-to-be-forgotten scene takes place on a San Francisco hilltop where Aunt Danny's wheelchair teeters over the edge.
