Worrell (Jim Varney) has been hired as a fix-it man at Camp Kikakee and is then appointed the job of counselor to a group of juvenile delinquents. The kids give him more than a few problems, but Ernest also has time to get involved in coming to the aid of an old Indian chief (Iron Eyes Cody) who is being pressured by Sherman Krader (John Vernon) to sell his land rights for the camp so that Krader can set up a strip-mining business.
