Tourists visit the grounds of Count Dracula's Castle Karlsbad in the Carpathian Mountains, and one of them, Alan Kent (Charles "Bud" Tingwell), is sacrificed in a ritual to bring Count Dracula back to life. Dracula then turns Alan's wife Helen (Barbara Shelley) into a vampire. Meanwhile, the remaining tourists seek refuge, but Dracula and his new vampire are on their trail.
