Dr. Feinstone (Corbin Bernsen) is a successful dentist with a beautiful wife, nice home, etc. But, behind the facade are problems, including a cheating wife and IRS issues. After catching her being unfaithful, he goes crazy, and it is the patients who pay the price (after taking care of his wife by pulling out her teeth and killing the lover). Weird, and bad, stuff.
