  This sequel pales in comparison to the original. The film is dedicated to several crewmembers who were killed in a helicopter accident during filming. The plot involves two Delta Force commandos (Chuck Norris and John P. Ryan) who seek to rescue D.E.A. agents from the clutches of a drug lord (Billy Drago).
