Sanders, Karen Young, Claire Bloom, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Renoly Santiago, Colin Fox   A Sly Stallone flick with no terrorists—how can this be? There is plenty of excitement, however, as Stallone plays a former rescue service chief who is on the scene when an explosion rips through a New Jersey-to-Manhattan artery, the Holland Tunnel. Special effects, of course, are great.
