The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle   2000         PG, 90 min. Rocky and Bullwinkle remain cartoon characters rescuing Earthlings from Natasha (Rene Russo) and Boris (Jason Alexander) who cross over into the human world where they join Fearless Leader (Robert De Niro) in an evil plot to take over the world. It seems like a good idea, but it goes nowhere.
