Dinner for Schmucks   2010         PG-13, 113 min. Byrne, Andrea Savage, Nick Kroll, Randall Park   Once a month, Lance Fender (Bruce Greenwood) hosts a "dinner for idiots" at which each guest brings a loser to the party. The person who brings the most eccentric guest wins. Tim Wagner (Paul Rudd) sees this as a chance to win a promotion, but his girlfriend Julie (Stephanie Szostak) almost talks him out of it. Then, Tim finds the perfect guest: IRA agent Barry (Steve Carell) whose hobby is taxidermy, and he stuffs dead mice and uses them for elaborate dioramas. Tim invites Barry who arrives one day early, and Tim gets more than he bargained for when Barry almost ruins his life.
