Then, popular classmate, singer/songwriter Charlotte Banks (Alyson Michalka) asks Will to manage her rock band in preparation for the Bandslam competition in which she wants to beat her ex-boyfriend Ben Wheatly's (Scott Porter) band. Will just might make it possible for Charlotte's band to excel in the competition.
