A mysterious rainbow-colored rock falls from the sky and hits Toe on the head. This rock grants wishes to the person holding it, and, as it changes hands, the neighborhood becomes filled with miniature spaceships, crocodile armies, and boulder-sized boogers. Now, the neighborhood kids try to save the town and, in the process, learn that what you wish for may not be what is really best for you.
