All is not peaceful in Jhamora, but a truce has existed since the Nohrens moved to Jhamora after ruining their own land. Now, problems rise to the fore when the wicked, exiled Nohren Empress Sedessa (voice of Anne Bancroft) plots to escalate hostilities between the two groups so that she can reclaim her rule. Meanwhile, Lockni teenager Delgo (voice of Freddie Prinze Jr.) has formed a forbidden friendship with Nohren Princess Kyla (Jennifer Love Hewitt), but he is falsely imprisoned. Now, Delgo joins forces with his friend Filo (voice of Chris Kattan) and his sworn enemy Bogtarrus (voice of Val Kilmer) in an effort to foil Sedessa's plot.
