Fairweather (David Tomlinson) still commands the HMS Aristotle, which has now been sold to a foreign country, Algerrocco, in the Mediterranean. The crew will be delivering the frigate to Algerrocco, and Bosun Dibble (Frankie Howerd) sees this as a chance to make money by selling tickets to passengers for a Mediterranean cruise.
