The rehabilitation begins, but Clive's wife Glenda (Alexis Smith), who doesn't care for Frank at first, is finally seduced by him—and that is when Frank decides that he really wants to reform. But, Glenda has other ideas and convinces Frank to get into her car, which she drives off a cliff. Glenda is killed, but Frank manages to survive.
