Stone) track down psycho killer "Jimmy" Cook (Steve Cochran) who has escaped from an asylum. To intimidate Blackie, Jimmy kidnaps dance hall hostess Sally Brown (Nina Foch). Now Blackie and The Runt try to find Jimmy, and, of course, Inspector Farraday (Richard Lane) is hot on their trail suspecting Blackie of murder.
