O'Byrne, Harry Connick Jr., Neil Bergeron, Bob Neill   Agnes (Ashley Judd) has suffered more than a few tragedies during her life and is now freebasing coke while downing vodka and drinking cheap red wine. One night, her friend R.C. (Lynn Collins) brings a new man into Agnes' motel room. He is Gulf War veteran Peter Evans (Michael Shannon) who claims that the Army used him in an experiment and gave him drugs involving infectious diseases. Agnes and Peter have sex, and then the bugs arrive. They are coming out of Peter's body, and he is convinced that they are infecting Agnes as well. Paranoia sets in as both Agnes and Peter descend into a state of madness using any means at their disposal to rid themselves of the bugs.
