Manny makes friends with wheelchair-bound gold prospector Popcorn (Bruce Weitz), and all goes well—until the detective (James McDaniel) who first arrested him arrives on the scene and tells Manny to keep an eye on the comings and goings of drug dealer Jack Clay (Glenn Plummer). When Clay's girlfriend Theda (Tracy Middendorf) gets involved, secrets rise to the fore, and the result is a deadly game of murder.
