D behind enemy lines in Korea on September 6, 1950, in an effort to get guns and supplies to U.S. troops trapped there. Benson must commandeer a truck on which Sgt. Montana (Aldo Ray) is escorting his war-weary colonel (Robert Keith) to a hospital. While Benson and Montana must deal with two different missions and two different personalities, the real danger remains the enemy.
