Marshall, Peter van Eyck, Tom Heaton, Matt Clark, Bo Hopkins, Robert Logan   Toward the end of World War II, U.S. troops attempted to capture the last remaining bridge over the Rhine River to keep the Germans from destroying it. Meanwhile, the German officer in charge (Robert Vaughn) delayed the demolition, which precluded German soldiers from returning home. Good acting.
