While there, Ricky meets Ernie and Julie (Michael Stoyanov and Megan Ward), and the trio heads to a freak show where the owner, Elijah C. Skuggs (Randy Quaid), uses the very same Zygrot-27 to turn them into freaks for his exhibitions.
