Leong, George Chan   In this 15-episode serial, mad-scientist Victor Poten (Bela Lugosi)—a hater of both Orientals and Caucasians—is hired to disrupt Chinese trade in Chinatown. Using his own special inventions, he seems to succeed until caught by our hero Martin Andrews (Bruce Bennett). An edited, feature-length version was released simultaneously. Very cheap, but Lugosi is always fun to watch.
