Their daughter, Theresa (Zoe Saldana), and her live-in boyfriend, Simon (Ashton Kutcher), arrive for the weekend. As protective Black parents, Percy and Marilyn are shocked when they discover that Simon is a White male, and, to make matters worse, Percy suspects that Simon is lying about something. A relaxing weekend is not in the cards.
