After landing in an asylum and suspected of murder, Jack's psychiatrist (Kris Kristofferson) puts him on experimental drugs, which result in Jack being able to forsee the future and his own death as well. Now, he must decide if the woman (Keira Knightley) he met in the future can save his life in the present.
