Kelly   A giant dam overshadows the small town of Rutland, VT, that was built below standards in order to save money. When flood waters challenge the town, an architect (Joe Lando) tries to convince the townsfolk to leave, and eventually he and his son are trapped inside the dam as the tension mounts.
