Bill soon starts having nightmares, and the arm seems to have a will of its own. He seeks out two other recipients of the killer's limbs and finds that both have some of the same symptoms. After the other two are brutally murdered and their transplanted limbs taken, Bill is confronted by the killer—none other than the remnants of the executed man.
