Ry (Neve Campbell) is on the verge of becoming the ballet company's principal dancer. Outside the world of dance, Ry supports herself as a waitress and enjoys the beginning of a romance with aspiring chef Josh (James Franco). Lots of dancing with Campbell doing her own dancing, and the rest of the dancers are members of the Joffrey Ballet.
