Kingdom of the Spiders   1977         PG, 95 min. When local farm animals die, vet Rack Hansen (William Shatner) investigates. He determines that the deaths are due to spider venom and calls for help from entomologist Diane Ashley (Tiffany Bolling). As the two search for answers, the migrating spiders approach the town, where the townsfolk become the next delicacy in the spiders' food chain. Interesting tongue-in-cheek humor and background music contribute to the film.
