The Fourth Angel   2001         R, 95 min. U.S. State Department representative Davidson (Jason Priestley) tells Jack that nothing can be done legally to keep the hijackers in custody. When the government refuses to take action and the hijackers are released, Jack, with help from his friend Kate Stockton (Charlotte Rampling), is determined to bring the hijackers to justice. In the process, he gains the attention of FBI Agent Jules Bernard (Forest Whitaker) who has his own plans for dealing with the hijackers.
