Finding a donor is made more difficult by the fact that Chrystie has a rare blood type. Her husband, Marty (Luke Perry), desparately searches for a donor and finds Gale (Gia Carides) with whom he starts an affair. Chrystie fnds out about the affair and, furthermore, figures out that Marty intends to murder Gale for her lungs.
