The Accused   1988         R, 105 min. The case goes to court where District Attorney Kathryn Murphy (Kelly McGillis) agrees to a plea bargain and tries to show that Sarah was on drugs at the time of the rape and acted provocatively. Now, Sarah must contend with the humiliation of her questionable past being paraded in a courtroom. Powerful and moving.
