The town's banker (Tom McGuire) owns a new, luxury steamboat and is attempting to force Bill out of business. Meanwhile, Bill Jr. likes the banker's daughter Kitty (Marion Byron), which is not satisfactory with the dastardly banker. The stunts are good, and the final cyclone scene is a classic.
