Sarah, Plain and Tall: Winter`s End   1999         TV, 99 min. Genre: Drama Director: Glenn Jordan   Cast: Glenn Close, Christopher Walken, Jack Palance, Lexi Randall, Christopher Bell, George Hearn, Emily Osment, Betty Laird, Calen Pick   Ho-hum. The third (and last) of the made-for-TV series is boring for all except those who have come to love the Walton-like family. It's a tough winter in Kansas and the flue season hits hard. In rides good old Jack Palance, as always, a film highlight.
