But, after their boss Captain Logan (Dan Hedaya) chews them out for blowing the cover on the operation, they leave Chicago and take a forced vacation in Key West where they enjoy the sunshine. They have so much fun in Key West that they decide to retire—after they return to Chicago and put an end to Julio and his drug ring.
