A good angel, Simon (Eric Stoltz), hides the soul of a bad, recently deceased colonel in the body of young Native American Mary (Moriah "Shining Doe" Snyder), and Gabriel wants that soul to use for his battle. Now, Thomas Dagget (Elias Koteas) and Katherine (Virginia Madsen) try to protect Mary from Gabriel and his evil plot.
