The All New Adventures of Laurel & Hardy: For Love or Mummy 1998 PG, 84 min. Genre: Comedy
Director: John R. Cherry, III, Larry Harmon Cast: Bronson Pinchot, Gailard Sartain, F. Murray Abraham, Philip Godawa, Susan Danford, Rick Rogers, Josh Cherry, Farouk Valley-Omar, Larry Harmon, Zane Meas
The nephews of the famous comedy duo are also named Stanley and Oliver (Bronson Pinchot and Gailard Sartain). They are guards at a museum and get mixed up in a plot to rule the world–starting with the reincarnation of a mummified prince. Terrible smear of Laurel and Hardy's names, but the imitations aren't bad.

Ernest Goes to Africa 1997 PG, 90 min. Genre: Comedy
Director: John R. Cherry III Cast: Jim Varney, Linda Kash, Jamie Bartlett, Claire Marshall, Washington Xisolo, Robert Whitehead, Zane Meas, Sello Sebotsane, Frank Opperman, Charles Pillai
Diamond eyes have been stolen from an African cannibal tribe's statue. They end up being bought by Ernest to give to Renee (Linda Kash) to gain her favor, though he thinks they are cheap imitations. Both Ernest and Renee are captured and shipped to Africa in an attempt to regain the diamonds. Will Ernest save the day? Better than some of the entries in this series.
