This mockumentary, set at Philadelphia's annual Mayflower Kennel Club Dog Show, centers on anxious owners and their coddled pets. The actors were handed a script but encouraged to improvise as the film was shot, and the fun begins as TV cameras bring Weimaraner "Beatrice," Shih Tzu "Miss Agnes," Poodle "Rhapsody in White," and Bloodhound "Hubert"–and their owners–into the homes of millions. The result is a very funny movie.
