  This story takes place during one single night in Robin's (Alessandro Nivola) hometown of Shermer, IL. The action takes place following Robin's arrest by Sgt. Phil Quinn (William Sadler) who has an axe to grind. Robin steals a set of prison keys and is able to break in and out of jail. The result is Quinn and Robin trying to best each other as Robin goes about destroying town property.
